This private residence underwent two renovations. Phase 1 included an expansion of the existing living area, an enlarged dining area addition and a screened porch. A circular deck surrounds the house on the upper living level. The existing exposed beam and plank roof structure was modified to retain the elegant structural elements.

Phase 2 created a roof level deck with stair access concealed by the supporting roof structure. This addition was carefully integrated into the existing vocabulary of the building.
